Acceptable use policy

Do

• Use it for your own dating and relationships, as yourself.
• Share only what you need for the advice you want, and delete chats when they end.
• Treat the people you are talking to as people. The app describes how someone communicates; it does not and must not be used to diagnose, profile or judge them.

Do not

• Use it if you are under 18, or to approach anyone under 18.
• Use it to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, manipulate or defraud anyone, or to pursue someone who has asked you to stop.
• Pretend to be someone else, run accounts for other people, or use it for commercial matchmaking, marketing or lead generation.
• Upload anyone’s intimate images, private documents, or content you have no right to share.
• Try to get it to produce abusive, sexual-coercive or illegal content, or to get around its safety rules.
• Scrape, probe or overload the Service, automate access, or connect it to a dating app to send messages. It is guided only, by design.
• Resell access, share accounts, or use another person’s credentials.

Consequences

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, and where someone’s safety is at risk we may report it. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you the chance to export your data first.
